Conjure Energy, astral working of

Neophyte Posts: 93 Age: N/A Gender: Male Reputation: none	Ive read somewhere that if you close your eyes and visualise a temple with your astral eye, imagine light entering from above filling it with energy, this will give you extra energy. Just been thinking about conjuring energy for something other than myself to use. Does anybody know this way of working if so could you post here please? Thanks.

Neophyte Posts: 93 Age: N/A Gender: Male Reputation: none	So I guess your saying that your imagining with your astral eye (inside the head with your eyes closed) your temple and concentrating on it quite hard in order to do things with it or is it being visualized with your mind (with eyes open), although the only other thing to do would be an OBE to a temple which i guess is not what your saying. But anyway you say it fades out? I guess u've not found a way of making this last at all. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) What I was wondering the most about this topic is the conjuring of energy for something else.
