spell casting???, when you know when your spell has power Options

my question is simple yet Im just wondering how you guys all know how much power/energy to summon for a spell..
sometimes I feel that spells drain me quite fast..and I was wondering do you guys know when to stop sending energy into the spell and into the world..I mean do you have an internal alarm that go's off or something , how do you know when the energy has been fully sent out with the spell..???

The energy you summon, is astral right? Never too sure although i saw a video where a member of the necro- cunjoured from his stomach, how would you do this and do you see it?

its a good question anyway - it sounds like the energy used must be astral, but why would it tire you to use astral power?

non-astral 'personal power' would have to be cellular-level, like muscular strength

a quadraplegic amputee (no arms or legs and can't move or even breathe on their own) can still have a massive will and thus great 'personal power'

so, the original energy for the act of willing must be cellular (if being used only to create a pipe for even greater energy)

and then from that presumtion, would carb-stoking like a marathon runner work to better the effort?

time for experiments!

Is this similar?...
I cleansed my house (smuged), but before that I worked up some active energy from hoovering. Which would make it biological in some way although deffinatly active and put it toward the thought of cleansing. Is that what you meant?
