Greater Key Of Solomon . . . Other Versions Options

Simple question . .
Its my understanding that Mathers edited (removed) certain rituals in the Greater Key . . .
and that A. E. Waite's and Indries Shah's versions/translations have all the 'original' rituals intact.

I assume that Waite's version is in The Book of Ceremonial Magic (is that right, or is there a seperate GKoS by him?)

Does anyone know what/where Shah's version can be found . . . or inside of what other writting of his it would be? (is there a pdf of his?)

There is no relationship that I am aware of. Melek Taus is an angel according to the Yazidi peoples, wheras Pazuzu is just an evil (IMG:style_emoticons/default/censored.gif) .
