Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce is a very clear and consise manual dealing with astral projection and the astral planes. Having read over 8 different books on the subject, I think that this is perhaps one of the best. Has anyone out there read this? What do you think? We have a treatise on Astral Projection in our pdf library by the author....enough to whet the appetite! Give me some feedback, I'd love to hear your opinions! I love reading mavericks who haven't came from any lineage but have stumbled upon a whole lot of stuff themselves and I like Robert Bruce a lot. He manages to come across as informative rather than dogmatic., and his enthusiasm is contagious as opposed to pushy.

Even people not interested in Astral Projection will get a lot out of his New Energy Ways which has many applications. And how he goes about introducing the art of visualisation is another highlight for me. (I am much stronger in the sensation than visual componants of magic, and i spent many years thinking that visualisations had to be vision lead -doh!)

Another bonus is that it really is a Layman's book R.B. is about as far away from technical jabberwocky as you could imagine.

I know that he has also released another book in conjunction with Brian Mercer which is structered much more like a course and includes Brainwave Generator tracks.

Has anyone tried that?

I know that Mercer and Bruce upkeep a forum. They have a section where you can post questions about MAP.

Robert Bruce books intrest me too. Its the reason I persue Astral Projection.
