Now using a tool or finger trace the Eight-rayed seal of ANU (it looks like the spokes of the spirit wheel without the outer circle) before you in the east while saying:

Turn to the north east and form another seal of ANU while saying:

Turn to the north and form the seal of ANU while saying:

Turn to the northwest and draw the seal of ANU while saying:

Turn to the west and trace the seal of ANU while saying:

Turn to the east and visualize yourself surrounded by the eight seals of ANU placing yourself in the center of the crown of ANU.

I really like this. I would suggest incorporating the Necronomicon directional gates into it. North Nanna. East Venus. South Marduk. West Nergal. Study of the incantations reveals this.
