I have been interested in telekenises since I was 10 but have had little luck developing the ability, I manage to get a, what shall I call it, contact whit the object, I can feel it, but never manages to move it, it is frustrating and I notices I am starting to doubth that it will ever work. I have a so called psychic enhanser, a smal aleminium object on a needle, and mages to get it to move, bt that can be just a stay breese in the house. Do anyone have any ideas or help for me?
Try this, it's a technique I developed when I hit my first plateau.
Someone else, I forget his name, has a technique called the Zero-point emotion, I call it the Zero-Point state as well, but not sure if it's the same as his technique.
Close your eyes, become aware of your body, your energy, your emotional state. Slowly 'push' deeper into yourself, your center. Seek to find the absolute center, and then push beyond that. There is a point at which you will feel a sort of 'implosion' sensation, but continue to push.
The Zero-Point State is similar to the idea of the Zero-Point - the distance between quanta, and the point at which the Astral manifests into the physical world. It is smaller than an imaginary point in space, to help you understand the 'visualization' although it's more of a purely emotional sensation. At this point, all of space and time exist in the same place. Hold onto the sensation, open your eyes, and identify the object you are working with, sounds like a psiwheel, a square of aluminum foil or paper folded to balance on top of a needle. Identify it's location simultaneously outside of yourself and within the Zero-Point. Holding that identification, breath your energy into the Zero-Point with the intention of stirring the kinetic potential in the object.
Holding the Zero-Point takes some practice, meditation in general will greatly help you develope this ability, because it requires that you maintain a detached state in which you can control your beliefs - you must take it for granted that the wheel will move.
Try this in a room where there is no air current - cover up vents, put a towel in front of the door, turn off the AC, close all the windows. Breath through your nose, and slowly, and have the wheel at about chest level. If you need to at first, place both hands to either side for proximity support (utilizing the belief that we must be close to something to interact with it) and over time move your hands further away. It is true that the heat from your body will cause a slight current of air to move the wheel at first, but you will see when you hands are about a foot from it that this is not possible at that distance. As a proof experiment, sit down without any preperation, and simply place your hands next to the wheel at about a foot away on either side.
You have to convince your mind that what is happening is outside of normal physical phenomenon like air currents and heat.
A few variations are to focus on the kind of energy you're breathing into the object - quantify various energies conceptually, like heat, movement, agitation, etc., and find which trigger works best for you.
To get my psiwheel to move from across a room I had sealed up in the above manner, took me three months of daily practice, sometimes as much as an hour or more a day. If you start to get a headache or feel dizzy, stop, and resume practice the next day. but diligent practice is all that can work out those psi-muscles.
hope that helps.
peace
