Seeing Through Things Options

Just out of interest has anyone tried seeing through something before... a desk, someone's head in the car, a wall, or someone's blouse?

not exactly sure what you mean in the astral nothing seems to have mass ie you can fly threw things an such

on the physical is posible perhaps havnt tried though one could say its really through the astral considering the way the physical works

Yes you can go through walls when astral, I've always wondered what it would look like inside the wall. But you can do this in your physical body. Just need the right stare to tune in to the right frequency where you can see through things. It's often hard to do but the more practive the easier it becomes of course. Saying that though I've never been able to look through a wall. I often need half the picture.
To do so all you should need to (with squinted eyes), slide half your hand under the table, as doing so (make sure you look through to where your hand is and not straight at the table) imagine you can still see your hand, then try moving it from side to side, maybe wiggle your fingers slowly.
