Dragon Ball Z psi ball, You know... Options

I have a question. If people got so good at making psi balls and manipulating the energy of the psi ball, then could the person (later on the road with a lot of practice) make like a kamehameha attack on DBZ? (Dragon Ball Z) I'm sure not everyone knows what that is, so here is what I'm talking about. After practicing the psi ball a while, could someone make a stream of energy with it, to where people would be able to feel and see it? Imagine this from your hands. 0----------
Where the 0 is your body and the lines are the "stream" of energy. Could someone do it like that after a lot of practice? And I wonder the other "fighting" stuff you could do the psi ball! Like Zahaqiel wondered what would happen if you direct your psi to your fist and punch someone with it. I do too. Please share what you think about this. I cannot make psi balls yet, but when I do I would like to try this. (And if your having trouble visualizing what I am talking about, about the stream of energy, look at my avatar.) One last thing. What if you could make a force-field out of your psi against physcic attacks and stuff?

It makes good viewing clockkeeper, im also new to this subject so maybe alittle niave, but having said that if is possible to conjure up demons and spirits, the punch looks possible.

Well i just asked my ------, and trust me, he knows almost everything, and he said psi punch is possible, you have to conjure lots of energy, and you have to meditate a lot!

P.S.: ------ is to avoid telling what my friend is, i don't want figths about is race! He is an astral.
