Is there a such thing as power levels when it comes to psi? If there is how would they be measured?

star's quite right - the learning curve is a vertical cliff - once you find it, then you climb it, and intently, or you will 'backslide' back to the bottom and have to start all over again developing your abilities - and each ledge you come to means another climb ahead
