Actually nope, I didn't make the library of knowlege site (one only has so much free time <G>). I did write a few essays for the nightshademagic site when I owned it tho (IMG:
style_emoticons/default/smile.gif). The necromancy page is mostly warnings and personal experiences, with some information on working with the ancestors. This isn't going to be popular, but when I was taught necromancy, I was also taught that it is not for the masses (ie public websites) for many reasons. However I would say those who are naturally talented at it, and do go and talk with the dead become very good at it even without teaching.
If one is really interested in Necromancy I recommend older sources (such as Greek and Egyptian and so on) as well as practices stemming from about any country besides north america LOL. Well unless you go with the native americans that is, they have a very rich practice that deals with the ancestors. Fortunatly your ancestors and the deads are the best teachers in this art. Just keep in mind that they didn't get any smarter or more honest after they died LOL.
