Sigil - opening third eye, a Sigil to help in opening the third eye

Just stare into the center of it, view a connection between the center and your third eye, the center is your third eye. view the sigil laid around your third eye. I was staring at it for ages... and later passed a mirror, and swore I could see more of me than I could see before - especially my third eye... Very surprised, but very pleased.
