 If Necro Is Hpl Invention....how Can Summons Work?

Yes, I know the 50 names of Marduk is part of the Enuma Elish, but the sigils, and half those names are taken from somewhere else. Can somebody fill me in on what the Necro is about and what it summons?

Where can I get this Simon necro? Also want the Urilla text (don't worry- won't try anything, just want that baby for later......much later).
