To find a suitable magickal name/motto, you really only need two things:
1. Alphabet cereal ( Milk optional ) 2. Latin Dictionary
Now the ritual itself is somewhat obscure, but I would be willing to give details on how to set about it in private, provided you know the secret handshake of the 1/2°=4°.
My first magick name was my family motto, which was found easy enough by searching my surname online. If you're curious about what it was, it's in my sig.
Reiterating what's already been said: The magickal motto might be some sort of affirmation of what you plan on accomplishing on your path, an oath, or perhaps simply ambiguous sayings in latin that sound neato.
Having them translated into Latin or Greek is just a formality, but in no way imperative.
I'm sure something will come to you, or you'll come across something. Whichever.
LVX, Nick
