Can Someone Explain This?, A site containing untamed information on Archangel Azrael Options

I was searching to read on the Archangel of Death known as "Azrael" and I came up with this site:

Now I have no idea why, but the site's information seems to be twisted, based on Christian/Pagan theories on the Archangel and life after death. Or is this part of an RHP game?

Anyone who knows about archangels are angelic spirits perhaps could tell me what this site is faunting?

It seems to have some occult truth to it though, almost like a belief system...

For a game it seems quite interesting the information which it has gathered.

The guy who created this page can definitely write and indeed he was able to capture a mythic aura...as to the accuracy of the info in all honest I just don't know. All these RPG games are in a sense a belief system- they create a mythic reality complete with detailed storylines, characters, rules, and tend to consume the lives of their practitioners LOL... All I know about Azrael is that he is an angel of death. In fact if I am not mistaken Azrael is the angel in Exodus who claims all the first born sons of Egypt. Is he mentioned in the Book of Enoch ????


edit: Never mind. Just checked Book of Enoch there is a Azael, Azazel ... but not Azrael.

From what I know, Azrael is the Angel of Death, and a very misunderstood Angel (If he is even an angel). In the Bible and in Judiasm he is one of the 5? 7? archangels and I believe he is the messenger of death. In some occult theories he is known to be nothing more than a thoughtform which has gathered strength over time. In some Satanic philosophies, he wouldn't exist, as the Black Book of Satan states that Satan chooses how long one lives (which would prove Azrael to be nothing). And yet in many Necromantic traditions Azrael is viewed as a "Helping" guide and a "must contact".

So i've no idea, but it would be great to discuss this spirit, as i'm quite interested in learning more about him myself, and what's there to lose? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
