My thoughts on this are that it probably is not the Tarot made by Dr. Faustus, although the infernal hierarchy matches that of the Black Raven- the German grimoire allegedly used by him to summon Mephistopheles. For one the art on the cards does not fit the style of 16th century art (i.e. the definition of muscles on the demons and the use of depth perspective on some of the scenes). Put them next to any piece of art of the early 16th C. and you will see what I mean. Or better yet check out the 16th century Tarot cards on the tarotpedia link I posted above.
The other thing that throws me off are the claims made by the site who sells this deck. Two things that caught my attention and just seem ridiculous are:

Now I’ve been studying the occult for nearly a decade and have never heard of the O.A.I…. perhaps they are the organization of the most powerful magicians and my ignorance just confirms my magical impotence, but I highly doubt this. If you want my advice, I say don’t waste your money.
