Magick is like that, it is often on reflection and after some experience that you find out what is what. So many people want to summon dragons, but a reliable and loyal dragon is a gift, so I don't recommend it myself, though I do frequently tell people to be very open to the possibility of one being around waiting for you. In my own estimate, bearing in mind that most sensible practitioners keep that kind of information to themselves (unlike me lol) I would say that about 10 - 25% of serious mages have had or do have contact with dragons, but that is a mere guess, they are not an automatic right. Not wanting to put a damper on anything here, but most and I mean nearly all of the stuff I have ever seen on dragons on the internet seems to me to be inaccurate. But there is much I don't know...
