I don't think Black is a symbol of satanism personaly...yet I have met Many people that do think it is...

I donīt think black is the colour of evil or necessarily satan. The soil from which everything grows is (normally) black, and the night sky with all the heavens there is black. If black is both above and below, then (in my philosophy) it must represent pretty much everything.
