Walking Gates of The Necronomicon, Gate Experiances and Questions / Ask Here Options

Greetings Daev and All Members,

I wanted to give some personal experience I have had with the Walking of the Gates of the Necronomicon.

Firstly I had according to the following of the Laws of Purification witheld myself from Sexual Spilling of My Seed and abstained from Alchohol for 30 days before the First Moon of the Ritual.
I Had a Silver Seal in the Shape of a Crescent Moon for the Seal of Nanna, or the Planetary Zonei the Moon, which is the first Sphere in the Ladder of Lights.
I had my Northward facing Alter with Brazer for Incence and Perfumes I used Frankincense for this and Wood ALoes, a combination similar to the Abremalin Incence of Abremalin the Mage and also similar to the Incense used by the High Priests in the Hebrew Temple.
I cast about a Circle of Salt and Sulfer and in the Circumferance of the Circle I had placed four coloured Candles in Jars each with the Colour of that particular Quarter and Eleemntal Correspondence, Green to the North for Earth, Yelloe to the East for Air, Red to the South for Fire, and Blue to the West for Water.
I Chalked in the appropriate Gate of Nanna called Sin, within the Circle, and walked around the Cirle in Circumambulation a total of 30 times according to the number of The Elder God Nanna, also of the Sphere of the Moon.
I had stuch the Dagger in the Earthen Bowl I Lit the fires of the Invocation of the Fire God, seeking mine watcher to watch over mine form, I received confirmation that the Watcher was present by a sort of Shimmering Shadow within the confines of the Circle that seemed to appear to be in a form upright but I could not makeout any details of a silhouet, just an upright figure something around 7 feet tall, which shimmered and shadowed within the circle above and around the Northern Quarter near the Fire of Conuration of the Fire God in the Brazier, I had Wine and Incense for the Offering Bowl in which I poured out libation unto the Fire God.
I recited the Invocation of the Nanna Gate, and received as it were a Sound of Melody which appeared to be in frequency with light waves undulating from a Sphere which contained a Labyrinth of immense sixe, that ran North and SOuth, East and West throughout the SPhere. In The Center of the Sphere I saw a Huge Arena.
From My Journal Notes:There was in the Midst of the Arena or Plaza a small group oif finely clothed Princes among Men.As I starred down from the Battlement of the Walls of the Labyrinth, the Men chaanged into Magnificent Bulls each rippling with muscles, and they spake to the Reigning Prince of Bulls a Magnificent Red Bull which reminded me of it's horns of the Hunters Moon which appears red in the Sky at around Autumn.
This Magnificent Red Bull which I liken unto the Bull of Heaven trod down all the people in the Arena . smashing them and trodding them under Hoof and Horn, He then proceeded to tear apart the other Princes who had also become Bulls in a most ferocious way, goring them with Horns and Stomping on them with Hooves. I was somewhat terrified looking upward but also downward from my position laying in the Circle in the Midst of the Gate, and the Bull stood on it's Hind legs and spake a threat to me and tried to smash the wall into pieces to get to me, and I quickly remembered I was in Ritual and came to my Senses.
This was my experience with the Nanna Gate or I call it the Place of the Bull of Heaven.

hey guys i have been wondering about this for some time..other than the gates that we do for the gate walking of the zonei,is it possible to actually explore or enter into the four directional gates that we call upon for protection during our workings?Not much is written about this four gates other than using them for protection so i was wondering if there are realms there that we could explore and how we might go about doing it if possible.thanks in advance..

North Gate pg 101 This guardian is called the silver hunter. Clearly this refers to Nanna.

East Gate pg 102 Mistress of the rising star. Refers to Venus. Clearly Inanna.

South Gate pg 102 In the names of the most mighty hosts of Marduk. Clearly this Guardian is Marduk.

West Gate Spirit of the Land of Mer Martu. Protection is asked against underworld spirits. The sun sets in the West. The direction of Ganzir. Clearly this is Nergal.

Compare the 4 Necronomicon watchtowers to the Watchtowers of ceremonial magick.

There is a blind to the directional Gates in order to protect the system. I will not state on this forum what that blind is. Simon has admitted this to us and he is not saying what it is either.

Why try a crazy experiment with the directional Gates when you have already stated in another thread that you do not want to dedicate yourself to walking the Gates in the proper manner?

Are you just trying to be super cool?

This is not monopoly. This is not Spongebob Squarepants. There is an underlying danger with many types of magick. Even if you think you are super cool that still does not mean that you can manipulate a system.

Why try to manipulate a system? Ego stroking?

If you use the Goetia abide by the rules and regulations set down in the Goetia.

If you use the book of Abra-Melin the mage abide by the formulae therein established.

If you use the Lemegeton do what the Lemegeton says.

No one is super cool uber magician. No matter how long you have been doing this trust me it really is not that hard to insert your foot in you’re a$$. Pride comes before a fall. After the sky crashed down on my head several times over the years I have learned humility. With magick being humble and respecting the forces you are working with is never a bad idea.

The Mad Arab gives us the rules and regulations. He tells us that he screwed up and is doomed to death for not following the rules. He tells us the rules were established by the Gods.

So who is super cool uber magician? Obviously such a person is much more powerful than the Mad Arab was. Obviously such a person is more powerful than the Gods of the Necronomicon and the Bandar for that person has no fear of breaking the covenant. Will the Bandar not turn on you for breaking the covenant? Will the Gods not abandon you?

Is there something unwritten about the directional Gates? Absolutely. Perhaps it is something you should consider after properly passing the Seven spheres and Ganzir.

It concerns me a bit that a newbie might read this thread and experiment with this causing himself misfortune. Its like you are trying to be cool by posting ways to violate the system. If you want to try some off the wall experiments go ahead but do you have to post about them on the forum where some very inexperienced magicians might endanger themselves by following your lead?

Consider why Simon would even bother warning us about the directional Gates before you swim into very dark waters.
