Alright, calm down DR What your seeing is that the english word Metatron is transliterated from the hebrew (I don't have the font): Mem, Tau, Tau Resh, Nun. Thats how its spelled in hebrew. (assuming no vowel pointing or other non-alphabetic poo) Then the letters/word/name is: either transliterated into english (MTTRN) and placed on an English Rose Cross (not preferred for originally Hebrew words, but is best for "English" origins) or the hebrew letters are placed on the Hebrew version of the Rose Cross (preferrable for natively Hebrew words)
Why "everyone draws the sigil differently" is beyond me . . . but there might be some minor differences if the same hebrew word/name is drawn either in its language context or if its transliterated to English (or any other language).
best practice . . . keep languages intact if possible. It doesn't matter how it looks (assuming your placements are correct)
