 How Often Do You Project?

greetings

how often do you astral project (wake induced)

is it possible to set hypnosis triggers to the states for a quicker projection
has anybody here experimented with it

Me, I've projected only once. My body was getting into a fight on the schoolbus when I was starting Kindergarten...I didn't want any part of it, so I immediately jumped out to the outside of the bus and sighed. Looked over, and there was...what I assume to be my spirit guide...standing over a distance and it seemed he didn't really approve of my jump, so I went back into my body, by which time the fight was over anyways (later on I found out I had won when I became friends with the kid...something to be said for the body's instincts there)..and I haven't projected since. Still not sure how I did it since I've not repeated the action....though it's possible I'm not supposed to so have deliberately forgotten?
