Getting Out? Options

So I was wondering how or which methods you guys use to get out of your body.

Perhaps if you were to read some more about the subject here on the Forum you would gather some ideas...? Also, our Library has any number of papers and publications that pertain to OOBE's, some being free of charge!

Nah I'm sure the forum has many topics like this one, I just figured I'd post it since I saw none that were recent asking this question. If there was a recent one I promably missed it.

And yep I should promably read more on the topic, I do without knowing which isn't too good. Thankfully I think i've found my way on getting out...I was just wondering if anyone was using the same method as me or what are the different ways other members use to get out.
