 Body Mod Magic, Chaos manipulating biology?

I was trying to explain chaos magic technique to a friend recently and she asked me the following question: "Could I enlarge my breasts through magick?"

Well, I wasn't quite sure how to answer her. Can you manipulate biological functioning through chaos magick, either through the use of sigil magick or a servitor?

You guys will think this funny, but I read in a book about the moon one time how there was this spell where a girl who wants to grow her breasts had to expose them to the light of the full moon or something like that. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
