 I Can't See When Im Lucid Dreaming?, why

what's up everyone i have question

i am pretty good at lucid dreaming i think or i am having OBEs and getting them confused. But my question is when i become lucid or when i get out my body whatever it is.
I can't seem to see like my vision is really bad i can hardly see but i don't get scared tho like at some points i think I'm blind. Does anyone have any ideas on why my vision is screwed up.

OBEs and LCDs are experienced so similarly that any more I differentiate between them only by how I achieve them. That is one technique achieves OBEs and another achieves LCDs.

I've had some dreams that were blurred and where I even felt intoxicated. What I do is focus on something basic and work my way up. So I'm in my dream I hold my hands up to my face to see them then put them down to my sides then look down to see my body then the ground then follow the floor to the walls or trees or whatever other surroundings there are. Eventually building up to entire scenery.

Other than that I can only reitterate practice practice.
