Necromantic Ritual Book

Is it new or just the same old same old AP through sigilised door etc? I must agree with the comments saying Konstantanus is a fool. Sure he presents other peoples material in an easy to understand format, largely by removing substance, but I am convinced he has no idea. I read the Vampire book and then I threw it in the bin, it is the only book I have ever thrown away. I couldn't believe the rubbish, it must have been a joke book!
