 I Need Help To Visualize, please help me beginner

I know that it is stupid to ask such an old question but please help me with my visualization. Everytime i close my eyes and focus on one figure, I feel like my eyes are pulled forward out of the sockets. Yesterday the force was so strong that I had to bend over and stop visualizing. So is it normal or I did it wrongly?
Please forgive my noobishness. I desperately call for your help
