Aura Vision Options

My first practices with aura sight was useing an eight ball and also the moon. As i continued my studies i found that the moon has a magnificent blue aura (once in a blue moon) and my eight ball had a purplish grey aura. As i continued i learned to read people, plants and animals. This is really one of the fastest and easiest studys i ever did. Once you can do this on a regular basis it helps with just about every aspect of wakeing and indeed dreaming life.

The mix of esoteric and scientific at the site helped me in this modern day to pick up aura vision very fast. It does take a bit of dedication and time. The exercises are meant to be done over a long period of time. What they are actually doing is makeing both sides of your mind look instead of just the "used" side. This can also be accomplished with meditation and focussing energies to flow through the brain. It is also not the safest practice. If you are VERy comfortable with energy though you "roll" waves of energy to places in the brain. Keep them light and unfocussed.
Massage your brain with tingley energy. Its good to know actual locations in the brain that are supposedly not active. I always send extra energy to these areas and also through the pineal gland.
I dont know how much third eye work you have done but thats also key to auras. The more you have worked with and "awoken" the third eye the easier it is to see auras.
I think that seeing the white light is good in fact its very good. Now maybe you should focus on the person themself. Dont try real hard at all. Just look at them and SEE there aura. Its not a matter of try its a matter of when. Almost as in dreaming it takes some convincing of your subconcious. You have to make sure you believe you can (silly but gotta say it).
Try to utliize there emotion use there own feelings to send your concious to them. At that time you will know there aura. Its no differant than sending yourself to the astral or into a crystal, or even into a tarot card. If you do have an active 6th chakra utilize that in the process. Tilt you head slightly and focus with all your EYES.
Dont get discouraged it takes time to see the halo and also to see illness properly.
