I want to become better, more connected, a more "spiritual" me. Im working on my downsides, but i would like to know what other activities do you recomend, like tai chi, meditation etc to help me in the things i lack information about.
Now im looking to become more in contact with the "self" inside of me, and im wandering what practices could help me, i think meditation is the best but should i learn it on the web, or take a course etc.
