Is It A Necessary Truth, Question circles, evocation, entitys..

Neophyte Posts: 20 Age: N/A Gender: Male Reputation: 1 pts	Is it absolutely necessary to go about using a circle when evoking angelic spirits, or those of spheres? I mean, why would Angelic spirits wish to harm you, are they not benevolent, kind and caring? Same for elementals or spirits belonging to spheres; what could they actually gain from busting your mind up? I often wonder, why, these beasts - if they are as malicious as some of them appear to be - do not actively seek out people with interest in them (Given how fluid thought is in other planes) and again attack them. It's constantly been reinforced to me by my teachers or friends in the occult that the Goetia and necronomicon entitys - and all entitys - are out to 'get us' which seems incredibly childish to me, and unrealistic. So what's really the truth here?

Smasher666 Posts: 996 Age: N/A Gender: Male Reputation: 27 pts	Greetings 'uchih', It not a bad idea to use a circle if the MS you are working from recommends one. Flour or even chalk will work. No worries if you don’t have the space to make a circle. Just set out a nice sacrifice. Some angels such as the Solar Angels will be pissed if there is no offering. The lesser spirits can be evoked without a circle as well. Again sacrifice and show respect and likely no worries. Peace!

The Pentacles of the Sun are wonderful amulets. They help in Healing, Music, Divination, etc. You just have to be extra respectful with them. Peace!
