To me the answer is obvious , its probably in the books that you've read . I especially enjoyed "Way of the peaceful warrior" , by Dan Millman about 15 years ago , I found it highly motivational . I don't believe in a quick fix , meditation is a great start , relax , keep it simple and focused . I've pretty much gathered a strong focused mind is gonna help , no matter what you do.
