I have read some authors go on and on about the astral plane, and its objective reality.

I've also read its entirely within the subconscious, and subjective.

So for anyone here with true experience of AP, are you witnessing/affecting objective, real-world reality or not? I am aware of course, that confusion between planes, etc. can exist.


(PS the same goes for ghosts, demons, etc... that people invoke. I dont know if anyone has a related opinion.)
