Conjure Energy, astral working of Options

Ive read somewhere that if you close your eyes and visualise a temple with your astral eye, imagine light entering from above filling it with energy, this will give you extra energy. Just been thinking about conjuring energy for something other than myself to use. Does anybody know this way of working if so could you post here please?

Conjuring energy for something other than your self? I am going to guess you are talking about a spirit or servitor as you use the word something instead of someone. Whereas this type energy magick could be used in remote healing.

If what you are wondering is if a spirit can be fed through this type working the answer is yes.

I like to use the Sun Dance's FIre Bird wing flap to build up energy in this manner. Its a Shamanic practice and perhaps off topic here but its in my blog along with some shape shifting content.
