I found this site about a month ago, registered a few weeks ago, but have just mostly been lurking up until now.
I'm 21, female, Swedish/Zambian currently living in the UK. I first got onto the magical path when I discovered Wicca at 15 after having been disillusioned with Christianity (an original story, I know (IMG:

I've been doing stuff on and off since then - mostly reading - some of my favourites include texts/ books by Robert Anton Wilson, Franz Bardon, Phil Hine, and Dion Fortune. I've moved away from Wicca as I'm not interested in being part of a specific religion - I prefer to pick bits and pieces from each belief system to make them suit my lifestyle! I'm taking quite an interest in Chaos Magick. Lately I've been trying to get more serious with magick. I had a few years of just not really believing that it was 'real' and that all the things I had felt when I was a teenager were just the result of an overactive imagination. I've since wisened up a little bit and realised that it's only going to be 'real' if I let it be. The last few months I've been trying to get a little more serious, gotten into yoga, meditation, psi balls, I've done a few spells with sigils and servitors with quite good results. Currently I'm just struggling to overcome my issues with lack of motivation and self-discipline and the decadent life of being a uni student!
Anyway, that's it about me, I'm going to wander off to read some more threads now!
