Problems when trying to meditate

Initiate Posts: 3 Age: N/A Reputation: none	Dear members, I hope that any of you can give me some help or advice on how to prevent the following from happening, immidiately when I try to meditate(just closed my eyes): Left side of the head feels of sick, itchy and hardened Pain in the forhead, right between my eyes, a little higher Can never relax, when I am relaxing I get an ill feeling over my whole body. (It heathens up extremely!) What is the problem and what can I do about it? -Dave
