Someone Leaching Off Me?, I should have seen this comming.... Options

Well, I lot has been happening, and I really wish I kept a diary! what can I say, I'm lazy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sculacciata.gif)

Lets start from the beginning. I'm still in the middle of Hemi-Sync. for those of you who dont know of it, google it.

Well, during one of the tapes (wave 2 or 3, I cant rmember), I did my usual : Put all my worries in a box, "resonant tunning", an energy sheild, an affirmation, then following on to "focus 10".

After all this, the tape then asked to do a different, additional affirmation, when I started doing this, I felt a huge energy surge starting at the base of my spine, and flowwing into all of my body. It was moving to say the least. EXTREMELY moving!!! Up until this point, my dreams where getting crystal clear. For the next three nights, I had nightmares. In one of them, a woman held me captive in a house, by using a phone that, when dialed, affected my heart, and felt like a full-on heart attack. This all happened about 2 months ago.

Just recently I had a breif incounter with a goetic deamon (my doing, tho). Since talking to my mother (a healer) she talked to a few of her friends to put out feelers, and they have said something has snagged me. My third eye is apparently damaged, and I will be requiring at the very least, a lot of banishing.

So..... can anyone recommend a good banish to start with? LBRP? middle pillar?

just to make things a little clearer, I am having a hard time sitting still through my tapes too. I dont know if its a parasite, or someone a little bigger. Anything would be a good start

It sounds like you are suffering from an overabundance of energy. Have you tried grounding to release excess energy? If you do a lot of energy work and don't ground off the excess, it can have some serious effects, mentally emotionally and physically. Keeping a lot of excess energy can cause nervousness, paranoia, stress, nightmares, hyperactivity, inability to think or communicate clearly, and even pain and discomfort if the excess energy builds up in areas where you have energy blocks.
It can advance physical illness by adding energy to it, which makes physical problems worsen quickly.
There are many places you can find simple grounding exercises, most of them are fairly effective and just take a few minutes with some breath work and visualization.

/edit/ If you are following an energy-working program and they have not discussed grounding at all before they start you with raising and working with large ammounts of energy, then the program has some serious flaws. Also when people begin to increase their energy and tap into their own power, it's like burning a spotlight on the astral plane and everything around will be attracted to you, in this case you might want to look at shielding techniques. /edit/

ok so heres the basics: i dont evoke, invoke...normally the only thing i do is worship or meditate. Its 12 atnight and i feel extremely used. I was sitting with my hands out in front of me and relaxing my body when all of a sudden i felt a presence and as if someone was holding my hand. For a couple minutes i just sat there reveling in the new sensation. But then i tried to release my left hand and i couldnt pull away. A tremendous pressure suddenly forced my hand open and i felt like either something was being pushed into my arm, or something being pulled out of it. Anyhow, i couldnt pull away immediately and the longer it took to pull away the strongerthe pressure became.
it felt similar to the feeling i get RIGHT before i project (not during), only much much stronger. I moved my whole body and "disconnected" from whatever it was as best as possible. It actually hurt to disconnect. Now im really light headed, my head feels like cotton, and my left hand is tingling. what the hell happened? ive had something similar happen to me before, but this time it was very forceful and BOTH times i wasnt expecting it. help. is it an overabundance of energy? is someone leaching off me? i feel drained and enervated at the same time. whats really weird is one of my friends had a similar incident happen to her earlier today. We share a connection, and sometimes know whats happening to each other, or get similar illnesses or injuries. She felt her hand grabbed by a disembodied spirit (perhaps a premonition, or an actual spirit). Could it be messing with our connection? please, any advice would be great.
