Check this one out: Ritual of the Old Ones

Has anyone try this, does this sound like a good ritual? This one read like an invocation to me with no banishment and I wonder if anyone have more to add to this.

First thing, I don't know how well any advice I can give will apply to you. I and all of my fellow Necronomicon Priests here (as far as i know anyway), only work with the Elder Gods and not the Ancients.
However, summoning and invocation/evocation tend to have similar archetyple characteristics across the board, so I'll give it a shot.

To start, is this your first time calling on the Ancients? If so then it's possible that you may have some people in the group you worked with that weren't fully 'into' the energies of the entity.
With the Ancients, being they are pure destruction and chaos, they tend to be fickle about the humans they cavort with. The thing is, they despise humanity and seek nothing less than our non-existence, so it would also depend on your reason for calling one.
If you call on an Ancient with something other than the intent to 'adore' them or carry out their desires, they will be at the very least silent. They won't do anything that will benefit the human calling them, other than to grant that human power to work for them.

Next, when did you attempt the calling? Each of the Ancients have their own specific times to be called (lunar position, etc...) You may need to optimize your time of calling.
Other than that I don't know what else to offer in way of advice. I've never had any dealings with the Ancient Ones as anything but an opponent/enemy, so I know little on the matter of garnering their favor.
But basically, look at the overall procedure you used, compare it to the texts. If there were any small differences you missed, then correct them and go for it again. Also, about the folks you worked with. Speak with each of them and just get a feel for their personal energy. When working magick in a group, even one person being out of tune with the powers involved could be like throwing a wrench in an engine.

Thanks! Well to tell you the truth I did everything I was supposed to and I wanted to show them that it was true my magic but I guess that I was a foolish reason. I happen to work a lot more with the Elder Gods but I wanted to show my friends since I connected to Pazuzu in a way I though Shub-NIggurath would come with better ease. Guess I was wrong. BY the way the Ancient ones do not want to kill us they want two things: 1. To transform us into their kind and 2. To mate with us (yes, both males and females) because they need more new kinds. That's what I got from Shub-Niggurath, though you might want to know. Yeah these guys were for sure out of synchro. Now I see why it also might have not worked.

Ewwwwwwwww (IMG:style_emoticons/default/puke.gif) Thats kinda gross. How do you mate with a shapeless form that defies the mind anyways. Both H.P. Lovecraft and the Nec make a case for countless monsters being spawned everyday on the outside. I dnt think H.P. makes much of a case for what his Ancients want. The ancients of the Nec want to destroy the universe and return it to nothingness. Nirvana! lol.

Anyways I am not sure what kind of invocations you are using. If you are truly interested in calling an ancient one I will tell you a way. Turn to pgs 188-189 of the Simonicon in the Urilla text. Here we have the brighton brothers. Humwawa of the minty clean breath and Humwawa who is always screaming because he is so happy about his rotting testicles.

See the little circles in the center of both sigils? And if Humwawa appears to the priest will not the dread Pazuzu also be there?

If you line up the sigils so that the cirle of Pazuzu is over the inner circle of Humwawa you come up with a nice merged sigil.

Borrowing a bit of knowledge from the Scorpion man lets only make this seal on the New Moon. Or better yet at night when the moon is absent from the sky. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/922.gif)

Remember how there could be no light when calling the scorpion man? Black the room out. You can use a single candle to say this invocation. Preferably black. First draw the merged sigil of Pazuzu and Humwawa in the air with your left hand. Viabrate Humwawa and Pazuzu both three times.

Now turn to pg 195 My favorite incantation of the Urilla text. Say this incntation as loud as you can. If you can scream it in a rough Gwar type voice that would be lovely. Pg 195- 197

And this is the Conjuration of the Dead God:

Humwawa is good to know the future. Pazuzu is good for dark magick. Beware of the psychological forces you are invoking.
