Purification Rituals Of The Golden Dawn Options

Okay I posted a simular question in the hindu section. But apparently no one knows what types of purification rituals the Hindu's use. So now it's time to ask the golden dawn people what types of purification rituals the Golden Dawn uses. What I'm looking for is to strengthen my astral body through physical purification. Author Simon says in his book Gates of the Necronomicon that the purification methods used by the Golden Dawn and Hindu's are good methods for doing just this. But the problem is I can't find nothing on the subject. So if anyone can shine some light on to this subject it would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply. All the things that you listed are pretty much what I do. Although in the Necronomicon it says nothing about being physically clean, but I'm sure priest of the old where very meticulous in their cleanliness so I try to follow that. However I feel I can get away with a little more simply cause of things like toothpaste, shampoo, soap, deoderant, and running water. Again thanks for your reply I have never really looked into other systems before and you opened the door to a few of them for me.
