Lord of the Rings is one the most awesomest trilogies ever, so NZ deserves extra bonus points, I got to see the set for Rivendell when I went over to NZ =] & the Kiwi is quite a fine bird, baby/tiny kiwis are so much cuter than bald eagles and the albatross!
I don't think your the only one living in an American world, actually considering the current circumstances, I believe we're all living in the American world.
You have to ask such a complicated question.
I've only researched Wicca and Witchcraft really- I haven't done it wholeheartedly and I've gone through patterns of learning passively and then just concentrating on my superficial life for ages-so on and off for about 6 years.
Quite frankly I'm just trying to learn easy stuff. =] (Easier-?)
I don't want to be able to learn big complicated ceremonial magick or learn names that I can't pronounce or have to spend forever drawing those big complicated circles.
I've been to a few circles with one of my local covens. They're really nice but I just don't fit in there. Maybe when I'm off to Uni, I might think of joining a different coven. I'm also part of a few online groups.
I guess I just want to know more about myself and be able to practise alone. I don't want to turn to magick for every aspect in my life but it's like once you find out the possibilities or just how right some of the beliefs feel, I just can't ignore that. I guess I want to learn a lot of things...I'm not even sure what they are. I guess I want to be able to meditate better, find a form of divination I'm drawn to, Umm, open up my chakras, learn more about Buddhism and my own religion...
I guess I'm not sure.
That wasn't a very good answer but oh well. I have to go defend vegetarianism and religion now...or maybe later.
