Dreamspeak, communicating with others through dreams Options

Can one send messages or have conversations with others in a shared dream? For example, let's say I want to speak to someone in another city and the person to whom I wish speak is already asleep. I then induce a lucid dream/astral projection and visit that person in a shared dream. Whether I induce a dream in them, "pull" them into my dream, or "connect" both of our dreams together is irrelevent to me. I want to be able to have a conversation with someone via dreaming, the same way video chat is done over the internet. Is this possible and if so how do I go about doing it?

What about two or more people entering Astral Projection at around the same time? Can they communicate that way? Also, could the group "create" an environment while APing and simulate a dream environment?
