Help Neded, Some help please Options

Hi, I have been trying to project myself for some time now (not on a regular basis) and the thing is I simply can't make it to the astral. I start to see the little spots behind my eyelids and I never see any pictures (imagery) within them (some authors say that I should see some) or maybe I do see them and think that this is my imagination... well the point is I'm am not able to project and I was wondering if someone could help.

Here is how i do it:

1. lie in my bed
2. put some brainwave sound (theta or delta freq.)
3. look into my closed eyes
4. start to relax
5. i tell my self that i want to leave my body x2-3
now, after some 20 min i still don't get any results

I don't move at all, i breathe deeply, my body gets all heavy but still no projection.

Can someone tell me please what am I doing wrong?!?

I'm not sure that I can help but I know how you feel. The first time I did it, it only lasted a second and it was by an accident I wasn't even trying. I tried today and did pretty much the same thing you did except I fell asleep ( (IMG:style_emoticons/default/oops.gif) ) but just stick with it. I have trouble controlling the random thoughts that come into my head sometimes which i'm sure happens to everybody but you could try visualizing just one thing like a waterfall or boats sailing. It helps me relax more and think less about wanting to leave because if you keep saying I want to leave my body in your head it's not going to exactly work like that unfortuantly. Well I hope I helped some.
