The Archangel Gabriel Options

Greetings followers of the Necronomicon.

I have read several times from people in this forum that the Spirit Barashakushu ( one of the fifty names) is actually the Archangel Gabriel. A few days later, i was searching through Konstantino's Summoning Spirits and found a description of the Archangel Gabriel with an attached sigil. I have found and compared the two sigils and they appear very different. You can search this for yourself by utilzing the pdf files of both grimoires ( if you dont have them, pm me and id gladly send them to you).

I wonder why the two sigils are different. Could it be that those who refer to Barashakushu are deluding themselves or that both sigils are potent enough to summon the same deity?

I'm no expert on the Nec, but as I understand it, the deity-ish spirit Barashakushu existed before there were jews, so when they came along they adopted him into their religion and named him Gabriel. I don't know why that name, but Michael for example was called Mikal and he was a war God of the babylonians. I don't know what his name was (don't remember it right now) but one of his names was Mikal. Basically I think that they are similar, but different at the same time. Mikal I would think is massively powerful since he was a deity. Michael is a powerful (but not overwhelming massive) archangel that any person can (and do) call on. I would think the same thing goes for Gabriel and Barashakushu. Some people here on the forum mention that the fifty name spirits seem to be massively powerful but are "contained."
