what are some good techniques to get started with chakras and psionics?
does energy manipulation really helps on the quantity of energy stored in the chakras?(how much you can store)
how can i channel energy?

I'm starting on Psionics too, there's supposed to be a psionic handbook in the free library but i can't find it... anyone have the link to it?
