we have this forum about psychic attacks but if you get attacked, which does seem to be the unfortunate fact due to the huge interest, would you go about aftercare.

How could one go about healing themselves? would reiki and/or chi kung work , and if so how do you heal the emotional ( personality ) aspect of this? also the fatigue that is generally felt afterwards im not entierly too sure if placing more energy in an already damaged area would / could work. I think (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap.gif) there are many healers on this site, and if im right, for those who know or just might even want to discuss this please respond; and even if there arent any healers i feel this really is a topic that needs to be explored.
