Hemi-sync Options

how does this actually work?
i was wondering if hemi sync only trains to astral project and then you can maintain that skill completely without the audio?
is that how it works?

Ok, lets be honest about this......

I didnt get into magic because it was cool, I got into magic and playing with some entities BECAUSE of hemi-sync. For me it seemed to open me completely up. In short, I say go head-first into it. heck, download the bit torrent of it, and try it out. it's going to take a lot of time out of your day (each season is 30 minutes... your going to be doing this for a least 6 months).

It really is a great set of crutches for the beginner. It offers differing mental states (not just semi-there and WOW-I'm-projecting!), and a lot of simple ways to protect yourself, without having to read it, or know much about it. and heck, even if bad things happen, you usually find that you learn MORE for mistakes than from suscesses.
