Exhausted Or Headache After Conjuration?

Initiate Posts: 8 Age: N/A Reputation: none	Is feeling exhausted, headache, sleepy, dizzy a normal thing after conjuring spirits? Anyone of you have this feeling after your spiritual works?

I guess I don't really put much effort into getting the spirit to manifest anymore, but I still feel fairly confident most of the time I made contact. I get results, so that's good enough for me (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I do get heachaches when I switch to a different system though. Recently I have gotten into the Necronomicon, and at first caused me some exhaustion. Got over that, and I just got into necromancy to communicate with my ancestors, and that has caused me more headaches, but I recover quickly. I also put drops of van van oil on my third eye and temples.
