I think transition and transformation could be pretty common themes for you. You've posted several dreams over the past few months and if I remember correctly the main theme was change of some sort. To me this doesn't mean that you are going to change or that you have but that you, at least a part of you, desires to change. Exactly what and how is why you have these kinds dreams. Fox Muldar (X-files) once said something to the effect "Dreams are answers to questions we don't yet know how to ask". OFten the desire to change, or transition from one phase of being to another is built upon deeply repressed emotions and memories. Not necessarily traumatic, but probably pretty important.
Don't quote me but I believe if I remember correctly snakes correspond to males and females to turtles. Perhaps, just as theory, there is some masculine pressance in your life, maybe in the past or presant, which you haven't yet entirely delt with. It could just be a bad relationship that ended long ago and just some aspect that you haven't yet gotten over completly. maybe just one thing that still just stands out in the back of your mind. You might not even be aware that you had such feelings/memories in the first place.
Now, this is why I like dream interpritation, you could just as easily retake this statementand reword it to say something else, something with more meaning: " if I remember correctly snakes correspond to males and females to turtles. You might not even be aware that you had such feelings/memories in the first place."
Look at the bold words. If they do not fit within your life, as in you cannot imagine how this could possibly fit in your life, replace the bold words with whatever. For example snakes can correspond to lies, deception, earth, sometimes even fire, anger or fear. In more shamanic relations snakes can be spirit guides and can also represent medicinal/magickal value. 'Bad relationship' could be replaced with any number of ideas ranging from social status, to getting a new car. Really it could be just about anything. My theory about relationships was mentioned because our interpersonal connections are often heavily influencial over our dreams.
The common theme in the dreams you've shared recently, I believe, is change. Again you can just as easily bold the word 'change' and replace it with what you think fits best. In this dream you have these animals in your house. Your house represents the foundation of who you are as a human being. Within your house is all that is you. If you were in say a mall or church, that kind of building would represent a more specific aspect. But your own home is much more broad and pretty much encompasses you entirely. You are driving these animals out of your house. To me this can represent several things - either resisting change, the things these animals represent evokes a bit of fear, or you are repressing them; refusing to aknowledge them as a part of who you are. Or you desire on a sub-conscious level to somehow modify who you are. Since dreams speak in crazy visuals and sounds, not english, what you desire is seen through the content of the dreams. Your conscious self, your higher mind, now needs to interpret what the dream means and follow through on it.
Because your dreams seem to encompus similar themes I would gesture the notion that you have not yet figured out exactly what your dreams (of this theme) mean. Your mind keeps trying to find ways to tell you what it wants, but maybe you are having difficulty really understanding what it wants. One thing I will say is change doesn't happen if you do anything. Make sure you take an active role in this process. And maybe you are taking an active role, its just easy to forget and reminder is sometimes nice. IF you are not sure what you want, but at least have an idea - go with it and see where it takes you. The problem could be you know exactly what you want and just don't know how to go about getting it. In which case then the problem is in knowing who and how to ask for help.
Well I am starving and its been a long day and I need to eat before I start to think the keyboard is edible. So consider all this. Add any imput you feel relevant and I'll contribute more if I think of anything else.
