First Successful Evocation Of Air Elementals, Are these are Sylphs or Faeries? Options

Greetings everyone,

I did my first evocation of air about a few days ago and am not sure what these are?

I started in the usual fashion set up my work space, the altar, put up the enochian tablets in their quarters, with the TOU on the center of the alter awith my tools in their proper arangements. I then lit up frakenscense and white candles. Yellow probably would've been better being the color of Tiphereth. I then did the middle pillar followed by the LBRP, & BRH(w/keyword). I then did the Supreme Ritual of the Pentagram but used only the evoking Pentas of air in all the quarters along with the vibrated God Names. I drew the sign of Leo in all the Pentas as you would normally do just in the east. I then did a oration to Raphael to send the angel; Aral.
I then traced in the east Arals sigil in the air while vibrating it's name. I then did an oration to Aral & stated my intentions; to grant me the memory and mental capacity to learn and remember a whole lot of information I needed to get down in a very short space of time. I also asked to for them to send the sylph's and spirits of air to come and grant me assistance. in this working

At first I didn't see anything in the physical but definately sensed their presence. I was NOT trying for a physical manifistation.
I then gave thanks to all the spirits for coming and stood in the circle and absorbed the energys.
I started to feel real lite headed and could actually feel a slight astral wind from the east.
I waited for some time untill the incense and candles burned low and then thanked them again.
I did not banish yet. I then sat down on the sofa which is actually within the circle I cast; I have a very small room where I practice.
Results; As I sat there contemplating the work I started to hear fluttering in my ears (physical ears).

I then saw out of the edges of my peripheral vision(again physical eyes) saw flying across the room what looked like a large Dragon fly.
I turned my head but at first couldn't see it directly, only out of the sides of my field of vision. I then saw another one out of my left eye and turned and saw it directly. It was about 8-12 inches long from head to foot & had the wings of a dragon fly that were light green but transparent, and the body was a darker forest green. As it crossed the room again, I could see it's body shape, it had the shape of a human; arms, legs and a head that looked more like a praying mantis' than a persons head. It's skin was smooth with no lines like clothes or anything. The head had large eyes that were yellowishwith no pupil.The head came to a tear drop shape at the nose. I think it could've of even had antenae but am not sure about that.. I sat there trying to tune into them as they flutterd around for quite some time. The strange thing was when I tried to link up to them telepatically the psychic impression" I got from them was more like an INSECT than any other being I've ever encountered. They did'nt speak, but did give off very positive energy.
They seem to be of a collective inteligence also like insects not really individuals;Are all elementals like this?
They also left faint trails sparkles in the air as well. Aside from the Insect vibe, they looked almost just like like classic depiction of Faeries.
After I didn't see them any more, I thanked them and the other Spirits and gave license to depart .i then bansihed AIr in all the quarters.
I then did the standard LBRP & BRH for good measure.
I think I became a little unbalanced from too much air.At the rehearsal I was remembering the Songs no problem but almost too much at once. At the rehearsal ,I became somewhat "scattered" from recieveing so much imformation too quickly. This also affected the other musicains as well .I sometimes call this "brainlock"; where a flood of imformation comes from your sub-concious like a flood and it becomes hard to focus on one thing. This was my first time working with air.
I write these desciption just as I would in my diarywith as much detai as possible.

Sound like Sylphs to me. I have also seen them physically but I didn't get the fairy or dragon fly look. Insect like is spot on though. The ones I saw were more like lightning bugs or golden sparks flying around in the air but tiny. Yes with the sparkle as well that you described.

It sounds like a successful working to me. Be careful though with working with elementals. They may seem "intelligent" but they are not, rather pure elemental energy, not evil but completely amoral. Also is VERY easy to unbalance yourself with contact with them. Keep up a routine of the LBRP and the elemental equilibrium ritual and you will be fine. If you get a bit too "air headed" then use the GIRP of Earth and it will straighten you out.

Far from be an expert, these are my 2 cents: A couple of times I invoked Djin(Fire elemental king), ask for a couple of salamanders to perform some “job”, on each time I used to left a red candle burning for the duration of the job, and never banished….so, the don’ts: 1st, begin with earth elementals, and left fire elementals the last.., 2nd, banish as soon as possible, not necessarily immediately but don’t let them hang around for too long… I did get the results I wanted, in fact once I was told exactly what to expect, the only problem the last time I did that “procedure” was that I became too aggressive and irritable, very unstable, and with difficult to sleep, so I performed the banishing pentagram of fire a couple of days and everything returned to normal. Maybe the problem, was that I failed to accomplish my part of the deal on due time, and gave the offerings too late.

As Nero said, they are not evil, they are raw energy from my point of view, likewise I feel they have a kind of intelligence, perhaps a sort of intelligence to perform a taks within the realm of their nature, can't expect nothing else out of that context. They performed what I expected, I did get results each and every time, I was very respectful with them and their King, and besides my failure in honoring the deal on time, I think that what aspect(element) of our psyche that is unbalanced will be exacerbated by the exposure to the elemental energies. Therefore, is very important to try to balance the elemental energies within.
