I work with telekinesis, electrokinesis, and pyrokenisis too, if you want you can pm me and I can help you.
It irks me when people say that. It can be divided into PK and TK. The pyrochokinesis and electrokinesis not necessary. I can affect anything I choose. If I tried to list it off, there would be alot of kinesises , therefore, I just say I am psychokinetic. Fire is nothing more than superheated gas and electricity is nothing more than free flowing electrons. To do anything with fire, involves the manipulation of the particles to create heat or the movement of the particles in the gas. The same thing goes for electricity. Therefore, it is the mind affecting matter, which is psychokinesis. If you can affect x particles in x way, you should be able to affect y particles in y way.
Anyways, I suck at telekinesis. I am good at psychokinesis. I can't move a pencil, but I can mess around with the particles in the air to create a gust of wind to propel it. I can't levitate a table but I can freeze a glass of water solid.
Well, I can do TK, but last time I tried to move a table, I almost died.

The human body contains the brain, the central nervous system, the periphial nervous system, and the or autonomic nervous system(ANS). I belive nervous or bioelectric energy is diverted and rechanneled from their primary purpose to alter the environment outside of the body. While experimenting with macro psychokinesis, I was attempting to create a change in a table. Whenever I do things like this, I always project my consciousness on my stream of energy, so to speak. A friend of mine noticed that my heartbeat became erratic and I had stopped breathing altogether. Breathing is an unconscious function handled by the ANS, but why did it begin to act strange. Doing some research I found that I was tapping into the bioelectric energy of my ANS. If the bioelectric energy is not present ( in adequate amount) within that certain nerve function, the nervous function falters. In the case of anything this would be hazardous. Humans literally run off of nervous energy.
If the energy was being diverted intentionally or unintentionally and it reached danger levels that being would shut down. One would have to revert nervous functions to normal or absorb amounts to satisfy the requirements for nervous and neurological function. But this is on the nervous level with bioelectric energy.
That is from my journal on the incident.
Here is something that I posted a while back... I do not feel like retyping it.

I do not understand why people go for the big stuff...
Sending "psi" energy at something all day long is not going to cause a change. A psi wheel itself, is too big for beginners alot of the time, in my opinion. Affecting something like that has a lot of variables. If you can not affect the small things, you can not possibly hope to affect the big ones and in order to affect anything, you are going to have to learn to percieve its structure.
What I am going to propose my seem kind of weird, but go outside and pick up a rock. How do I explain this. Personally, as easily as I can link to a person, I can link to an object. In lamence terms, take whatever way and explain whatever way you want, it is all the same stuff just on a different wavelength. In other words, link to the rock and somewhat explore it. Let your mind get a good feel off of it.
Calm your mind and focus on the rock. Sense the rock. The same way you would lock onto a person, try and lock onto the rock. Just like every person has a unique feel, every object has a unique feel. Get familiar with it. The best way I can explain it is to extend part of yourself into the rock.
Now, do the same thing, but with air particles. It is hard to explain. Expand your mind outward in the same way you would when you link to a person or when you linked to the rock. You will become aware of the particles in the air. Just focus on the feeling of the particles. Explore what it feels like. Try sensing them individually. Once you get a good feel of this, spin the particles.
When you are in this state of mind whatever you re linked to feels like a part of you and as such affecting it is as simple as moving a limb. Spin the air particles. Focus on affecting them. With success you should be able to create a draft or a breeze or something, even if it is a slight, just a change. Next, do the same thing, but try temperature.
Say you want to try moving a pencil or psi wheel or whatever. Do the same thing, but on a larger scale. Get a good sense of what the object feels like, link to it, and try to affect it.
If you work from small to big not big to small you can learn to be more precise and affect more things. It also helps you to sense things outside of yourself besides thoughts and or emotions.
For those not used to perceiving objects outside of themselves without their five senses, this will be a great a source of frustration, but it teaches you PK on a more precise scale.
