 Candles In Necromantic Workings?, hand made,store bought,or none?

So I'm wondering.I never saw any candles mentioned in the Necro.and the question has come up.

Well, first of allthe Necronomicon, despite the name, is not a book of necromancy, although it does have a ritual for speaking with the dead, and some of the fifty names can also carry messages to and from the dead.

That said, the Agga Mass Ssaratu (properly speaking) is the offering bowl of fire, used for virtually every ritual in the book - most importantly for the summoning and stationing of the Watcher, the guardian spirit of the Nec. Practitioner.

I suggest you read the book.
