I Can Not Get Telekenisis To Work., Asking for help whit telekenisis. Options

I have been interested in telekenises since I was 10 but have had little luck developing the ability, I manage to get a, what shall I call it, contact whit the object, I can feel it, but never manages to move it, it is frustrating and I notices I am starting to doubth that it will ever work. I have a so called psychic enhanser, a smal aleminium object on a needle, and mages to get it to move, bt that can be just a stay breese in the house. Do anyone have any ideas or help for me?

People derive interest in telekinesis from fiction or think it will impress others. Sadly if you persue it with these ambitions you will fail. The misconception is telekinesis is done through staring or visually. It might appear to move, buts that's probably your blood vessels imparing your vision. The first step is perception. If you're imagining and building up a picture of the object in your mind, WRONG. The object's in front of you, not in your mind.
