I Can Not Get Telekenisis To Work., Asking for help whit telekenisis. Options

I have been interested in telekenises since I was 10 but have had little luck developing the ability, I manage to get a, what shall I call it, contact whit the object, I can feel it, but never manages to move it, it is frustrating and I notices I am starting to doubth that it will ever work. I have a so called psychic enhanser, a smal aleminium object on a needle, and mages to get it to move, bt that can be just a stay breese in the house. Do anyone have any ideas or help for me?

It irks me when people say that. It can be divided into PK and TK. The pyrochokinesis and electrokinesis not necessary. I can affect anything I choose. If I tried to list it off, there would be alot of kinesises , therefore, I just say I am psychokinetic. Fire is nothing more than superheated gas and electricity is nothing more than free flowing electrons. To do anything with fire, involves the manipulation of the particles to create heat or the movement of the particles in the gas. The same thing goes for electricity. Therefore, it is the mind affecting matter, which is psychokinesis. If you can affect x particles in x way, you should be able to affect y particles in y way

Once you can conceptualize a concept in energy work it becomes possible to manifest it, sometimes there are self limitation in place that prevent the act and in the most extreme cases external influence can be holding back your power. Regardless if your looking to use TK I would suggest studing energy work and physics since a knowlege on that sort of thing will help you understand how it may be possible. Along with this I'd suggest doing any sort of magic working or chi development and increaseing your willpower. I'm being vague becuase plenty of excerises are available without me having to list any.

Do some introspection and journaling, that will help yuo understand what blocks you may have in your psyche that will hold you back.

Lastly: Don't become frustrated. That will complicate and block your efforts. Enjoy your experimentation, remember accessing knowldege and learning abilities is fun, not work.
